We don't sing to sound good, we sing because it liberates us!
Listening and sensing your voice while singing allows you to recognize who you are being. When you engage in an intimate relationship with yourself, through your voice, you allow yourself to notice where you are closed, blocked, holding on to patterns and ideas. As you let the sounds move through you, you engage in a subconscious act of healing, learning where you are being asked to surrender, let go and trust.
Through embodiment exercises we will play and explore our being freely, through your voices, stepping into your most authentic expression. This is a safe space in which vulnerability and playfulness, curiosity are celebrated and encouraged!
When you engage with your voice from a fully surrendered state, you are able to fully claim the range and resonance of your voice while opening up your connection to the creative life force that flows through you. You can begin to intentionally create your life using the frequency and power that exists within your very own voice.

This workshop is for anyone who feels a desire in their heart to experience the freedom of letting the HER - spirit, your voice - sing through you. We will use the voice as an instrument to tap into our intuition, healing and creative nature.

Who is Beatriz?
